香港最佳新聞獎是本會每年舉辦的主要活動，旨在嘉許業內傑出新聞工作者的成就和提升業界的專業水平。今屆設有四個組別共七十八個獎項，獎項包括：
The annual Hong Kong News Awards is a major activity organised by The Newspaper Society of Hong Kong. The competition is aimed at recognising the outstanding achievements of journalists and raising professional standards. The following awards are given:

參賽資格 Participation Eligibility
參賽報章必須為香港發行的中文或英文印刷報章，一周至少出版五天或以上(因公眾假期或特殊原因停刊除外)。參賽詳情請細閱參賽細則。
Only Chinese-language or English-language print dailies that regularly publish in Hong Kong for at least five days a week (except public holidays and special occasions) are allowed to join the contest. Please read the rules and regulations for more details.
